Jackie Dalius, Founder and Head Publicist of WECREW, has been working in the entertainment industry since 2014. Before Jackie began working on WECREW in 2017, she started her career as a co-creator and talent booker for an entertainment podcast/radio show broadcasted weekly on KABC Los Angeles, Behind The Mic. She booked numerous notable guests and press events, including: George Lopez, Andy Grammer, Alisha Marie, Fullscreen's Girls Night In Tour, Laila Ali's Pink Pump Affair Charity Event, etc. Following her success at Behind The Mic, Jackie worked for Maxim, Inc. in New York City for their social media and public relations department. Within two days following the Maxim Hot 100 event held at the Hollywood Palladium, Jackie was able to gain Maxim 5,000+ new Instagram followers. She accomplished this growth through her innovative approach and understanding of influencers and social media. As well as utilizing her approach on incorporating the musical acts, Future and Tinashe and sponsors on Instagram feed and story posts. After Maxim, Inc., Jackie helped at an art public relations firm located in New York City, Hayworth PR, where she worked on various art-related social media projects. Due to her wide-range of experiences and knowledge, Jackie has been able to start up her own public relations company that utilizes her many talents in the digital-age to stand out and be a collaborator, a creator and a changer on social media and beyond.

Born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, Jackie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Before arriving at USC, Jackie spent a year at Hofstra University on Long Island in New York. At Hofstra, her initial focus was on the study of filmmaking, which helped her develop an eye for design in aesthetics that is needed for social media success. Additionally, after joining the oldest national professional fraternity, Zeta Phi Eta, Jackie became primarily focused on public relations. While at USC, Jackie learned first-hand PR experiences from top industry leaders, such as CLIF Bar's marketing team and 20th Century Fox. USC taught her many values, most importantly, one of a family-like atmosphere, in which she utilizes within WECREW. Jackie hopes to work with passionate people that have a powerful drive to achieve their dreams.
